5 times sweeter or 10 times sweeter, how to choose the size of the stick pack?

When used in stick packs, the sweetness provided in one use can be determined by matching the sweetness multiple with the weight of each bag. When discussing the small package plan, you can use the usage amount of about 6-12 grams of sugar in one package as a reference. For example, 2 grams of a 5 times sweetened compound product can theoretically provide the same sweetness as 10 grams of white sugar, making it suitable as a starting point for small package development.

If the goal is to provide each pack with the equivalent sweetness of 10 grams of white sugar, you can compare the 5 times sweeter, 2 gram pack with the 10 times sweeter, 1 gram pack. If you want to maintain 2 grams per pack while providing more sweetness, you can discuss the 10 times sweeter solution. The above is a theoretical equal sweetness conversion, and the specific addition amount, taste and filling specifications are confirmed by actual application and production conditions. Consumer instructions should correspond to the final formula, and the same recommended dosage should not be used just because the packet looks or weighs the same.

The quotation for small packs needs to account for the sweeteners in the packs and packaging processing together. When customers compare plans, they should confirm whether the quotation includes the following:

For example, when choosing 50 packets per bag or box, you can first calculate the cost of raw materials for 50 packets, then add the cost of inner packaging materials and packaging and the cost of an outer bag or box. 50 packs is the comparison unit for the following calculation examples. Taking 50 packs as an example, what are the costs of the three options?

According to the calculation conditions provided by Hengliyuan this time, the packaging material and packaging fee for each small package is 0.10 yuan, and each outer bag or box is 1.80 yuan. Therefore, the packaging cost per bag or box of 50 packs is:

50×0.10＋1.80=6.80 yuan.

The first two options provide the same target sweetness per pack. According to this calculation example, 10 times sweeter and 1g per bag or box is 0.60 yuan less than 5 times sweeter and 2g per box. 10 times sweeter, 2 grams per bag or box is 9.00 yuan, but the theoretical sweetness provided by each small bag is twice that of the first two options. The comparison needs to be based on the actual single use demand. How does OEM packaging correspond to formula and order?
