How the quantity plan works

For jars and pouches, net kilograms = net fill in grams × retail packs ÷ 1,000. For sticks, first multiply sticks per retail pack by retail packs, then multiply by grams per stick and divide by 1,000. A primary pack means an individual stick, jar or pouch; a retail pack may contain several sticks.

For each size, shipping cartons = round up (retail packs ÷ retail packs per carton). Missing carton capacity stays unconfirmed. A product weight does not establish packaging dimensions or container capacity. Packaging procurement quantities, production quantities and your finished-product order are reviewed separately.

01Can I start before the pack size or quantity is decided?

Yes. Describe the market, application and formula stage, then leave undecided packaging details blank. You can still generate a working brief with those points marked for confirmation. Quantity totals appear only when all the required calculation inputs are present. Invalid numbers must be corrected or cleared.

02Does choosing a pack confirm that it can be manufactured?

No. This is your requested powder packaging plan. The formula, fill, packaging material, closure, dimensions and production conditions need review before a specification or quotation is agreed.

03Are the quantities packaging minimum orders?

No. Enter the finished retail-pack quantity you want. Packaging procurement minimums, production quantities and unused packaging arrangements are separate matters to confirm.

04What does the product weight include?

It is planned net fill only: grams per primary pack multiplied by the number of primary packs, divided by 1,000. It excludes production loss, fill overage and packaging waste. For sticks, the number of primary packs is sticks per retail pack multiplied by retail-pack quantity.

05How are shipping cartons estimated?

Enter retail packs per carton for each size. The result rounds up to a whole carton and shows the final-carton quantity. Each size is planned separately. Carton dimensions, load limits, mixed cartons, pallets and freight need separate review.

06Does the brief include a price or label approval?

No. Packaging and filling charges, included costs, documents, label copy and market requirements must be checked for your actual project. Existing cost references do not automatically become the price of a retail-packed product.

07Do I need to sign in or submit contact details?

No. Generate, copy, download or print your brief without providing contact details. Entries stay in the page and clear on refresh. If you choose to contact Hengliyuan, review and send the brief yourself; generating it does not submit an enquiry.
