Review allulose ingredient specifications
Check ingredient identity and documents before applying US nutrition-label guidance.
Per-serving conversion · Formula comparison · PDF review report
Enter verified nutrition data per 100g for two finished products and compare them at the same serving weight. Entries stay in this page and are cleared on refresh. Review the scope and rules below.
The serving applies to A and B. The tool does not determine the legally required serving size. Calculations use the entered weight; label grams follow §101.9(b)(7) rounding.
Used to check the low-protein-quality statement, not to approve protein claims or automatically declare protein %DV. Not required when protein is zero.
Enter unrounded values. Enter 0 only for verified absent nutrients; blanks remain unknown. Added sugars must use the US definition.

Allulose remains in total carbohydrate. This tool adopts the FDA guidance factor of 0.4 kcal/g. Enter total and added sugars already excluding allulose under that guidance; it is not subtracted again.
Allulose calories per serving: not provided. Sugar alcohol calorie factors differ; total sugar alcohol cannot all be treated as 0 kcal/g.
Sugar alcohol declaration may be mandatory when present and relevant sugar, added-sugar or sugar-alcohol claims are made. An omitted sugar-alcohol input is not inferred as zero.

Comparison uses unrounded values. Both labels may show 0 calories despite a real difference. The data sources, measurement methods and serving weights must still be comparable.
Scope: ordinary solid or powder foods for adults and children aged 4 and older, standard vertical labels, and no protein claims. Protein %DV is not automatically declared; special protein-quality situations need review.
Not covered: infants and young children, pregnancy/lactation-specific products, supplements, liquid volumes and density, special single-ingredient sugar/syrup/honey declarations, mandatory dual columns, small-package formats, additional fortification, or nutrient-content claim approval.
21 CFR 101.9 · 21 CFR 101.12 / RACC · FDA rounding reference · FDA Allulose guidance
The allulose policy is FDA enforcement-discretion guidance, not a rule for all markets. A complete package still requires review of product identity, net contents, ingredients, allergens, company details and actual print dimensions.
Multiply the unrounded value per 100g by serving weight in grams and divide by 100, then apply the nutrient-specific rounding in 21 CFR 101.9. Serving size still needs verification against the product category, RACC and package conditions.
Calories and carbohydrate round separately. A value below 5 kcal may be declared zero without removing carbohydrate. Allulose and different sugar alcohols also have different calorie factors. The comparison preserves unrounded values.
Yes. Complete the nutrition inputs, sources and serving-size basis, confirm the scope, then use browser printing to save the current formula or an A+B comparison as PDF. Export is a review draft, not packaging approval.
No. This version takes verified finished-product nutrient values per 100g for two formulas. It does not infer nutrition from ingredient names. Ingredient specifications, processing changes and measurement methods still need verification.
