Monk fruit supplier documents: match each file to the product
Match monk fruit specifications, batch COAs, factory certificates and market files to the right company, product and scope before purchasing.
Start with the exact product, then match each document to its issuer or holder, product scope and date. A batch COA answers a different question from a factory certificate, and an extract file does not automatically cover a finished sweetener blend.
Hengliyuan publishes product and factory documents for buyer review. Use this guide to decide which files apply to your extract, blended ingredient or branded retail pack before sending a document request.
Separate the four document questions
Use the document for the question it can answer. Keep the product name and revision or batch reference attached to the file.

Read the holder and scope on the actual document. A supporting factory certificate or partner-market file must not be presented as certification of every Hengliyuan SKU.
Match the formula before using a product report
For the monk fruit retail series, confirm whether the selected formula contains erythritol, mogrosides and steviol glycosides, or erythritol and mogrosides. The pack weight alone does not identify the formula. Ask whether the report covers that exact material and whether a current batch document is available.
Check the scope of Halal and other requested files
Tell us the product and destination market for your document review. For Halal, organic or kosher requests, identify the holder, covered product, validity and scope on the relevant file. The Indonesia partner file is a reference for its stated scope; it does not by itself answer a different market or product request.
Read FDA registration paperwork accurately
FDA states that it does not issue food facility registration certificates or recognize such certificates issued by private businesses. Treat registration-related paperwork as a document to verify, not a product approval claim.
Send a document request that identifies the gap
Name the exact product or grade, destination market, intended use and file you need. Add the document version or test item that is missing. Hengliyuan can review the available files against that request; availability and applicability are confirmed for the selected product.
Common questions
Is a factory certificate the same as a product COA?
No. Review factory certificates for their holder, site and scope. Review a COA or test report for the identified material, batch or sample, test items and results.
Can an extract document be used for a retail blend?
Only if its scope actually covers the product being reviewed. Match the complete blend composition and product identity rather than relying on the words monk fruit.
Does one Halal file cover every destination?
Do not assume that. Review the named holder, product, validity and scope against your specific destination-market request.
What should I send when a document is missing?
Send the product or grade, target market, application and exact missing file or test item, together with your packaging, quantity and sample needs.
