Match the product and documents
We first review your request, discuss the suitable product or sample direction, and confirm which current specifications and documents can be provided for it.

Before samples are sent
Agree the sample identity, grade or formula version, quantity, any sample and shipping charges, available documents and shipping arrangements before dispatch. Documents must match the selected material and their stated scope; current availability is confirmed for your request.

After you test the samples
Keep the sample code, batch or formula version, actual product base, measured dose, control, process and serving conditions in your feedback. Describe the taste or physical result you want to improve so we can discuss a focused revision. Use the existing sample-testing workflow to organize the comparison.

Prepare the quotation basis
An initial estimate can be discussed while samples are under review. The production quotation must identify the selected product or agreed formula version, packaging, quantity tiers, currency, delivery terms, freight scope, validity and expected lead time. Confirm these for your project; accepting a sample alone does not confirm an order or reserve stock.
