A small amount of warm liquid used to make a paste may behave differently from adding powder directly to a full cup. Read the cup immediately after the agreed mixing step, then again after the project-defined standing period. Note surface foam, floating powder, visible particles, cup-bottom sediment, re-mixing behavior, thickness and powdery or gritty mouthfeel. If the product is stored as a powder, add moisture pickup, caking, flow and package observations at the checkpoints that matter to the project.
