Establish the offered ingredient
Confirm whether the quotation is for sucralose as an ingredient or a multi-ingredient sweetener blend. Obtain the complete composition, including any declared carrier, before comparing prices. Hengliyuan lists sucralose and an erythritol-sucralose blend as separate directions. A quotation for one should not be used as the specification for the other.
Read the specification beside the COA
Ask which assay and water-content entries apply to the offered material, how they are measured and how results are expressed. Distinguish specification limits from reported batch results. Check the sample or batch reference on the document. Where a field is absent, ask whether it can be supplied and reviewed by your quality team instead of assuming compliance.
