If the content meets the requirements, what indicators should be checked?

Content is an important indicator for procurement, but it cannot replace complete raw material acceptance requirements. You can provide the factory's current standards to Hengliyuan to check existing product indicators and required information item by item.

When comparing different data, you should first confirm whether the test items and methods are consistent. For example, moisture and weight loss on drying cannot be directly compared as the same item just because the values ​​are similar. If a certain indicator is not listed, you can put forward information or testing requirements before purchasing and have both parties confirm it to avoid discovering that the acceptance basis is incomplete after the goods arrive.

What are specifications and batch COA used to judge respectively?

The specification specifies the requirements that the supply should meet, and the batch COA specifies what test results are reported for the corresponding batch. Only by combining the two pieces of information can we judge whether the batch of raw materials meets the agreed specifications. When selecting samples, the correspondence between the test data and the samples should be checked. When making a formal purchase, check the delivery batch and corresponding information again, and the test results of the original sample cannot always be used. When looking at the COA, in addition to whether the results are within the specified range, you should also pay attention to the product name, batch number, test items and methods.
