Choose the serving target and pack together. A stick, sachet or spoonable pack has to deliver the intended sweetness at the actual portion.

What to test in the formula

Choose a blend to screen

Compare an erythritol-based blend and an allulose–monk fruit blend at the intended portion sweetness. Decide the fill weight and pack after the same drink tests.
